Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is being prepared.

Shipping Time Once your order has been shipped, delivery is estimated between 7 and 15 business days depending on your country of residence. These timeframes are indicative and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods (holidays, sales) or customs constraints.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. This number allows you to track your package in real time on the carrier's website. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.

Customs & Taxes For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees or local taxes may apply upon receipt of the package. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price. Naana Clothing cannot be held responsible for these additional charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages Naana Clothing cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs services, or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. If your package has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact us at naanaclothing1@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier as soon as possible.

Shipping Address Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. Naana Clothing cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and selected shipping method. Free shipping may occasionally be offered during promotional periods.
